Most of our shipping is done via UPS. UPS packages go out daily, Monday through Friday.

UPS requires a physical street address (not a PO Box). If you want your order sent to a PO Box,
we can send your package via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 4-10 business days to arrive.
Please note that if you choose UPS shipping to a PO Box, we will send your package Priority Mail.
APOs, FPOs and all mail to US territories (such as Guam) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

We do not ship on major Holidays such as: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Online orders are processed twice daily, at 8am and 1pm Pacific Standard Time.
Next Business Day and Second Business Day Air orders placed by 1pm PST will be shipped same day.
UPS 3 Day Select orders placed by 1pm PST will be shipped the same day.

Other orders will be shipped within two days (not counting Saturday or Sunday).
